What I collect

Contact and Impact forms: your name, email, organisation (if supplied), visitor type, chosen topic, source and message.

AI Flow Check: your first name, email, six answers, calculated score and tier, source, consent time and submission time.

The Next Play: your first name, email, signup source, consent time and submission time. Please do not include sensitive personal information in a message.

Why I collect it

I use contact details to respond to your enquiry, manage a Flow Circle waitlist request and discuss work or an Impact project you have asked about.

I use AI Flow Check details to record your result and support a relevant next step. Completing the check does not sign you up to a newsletter.

Newsletter details are used to send The Next Play when you explicitly opt in. You can withdraw that consent or request removal at any time.

Storage, security and service providers

Submissions are stored in a private database managed through Lovable Cloud. Public visitors cannot read other people’s submissions. Access is restricted to the site’s authorised processing and administration.

Hosting and database providers process information to operate the site. No system is completely secure. I do not sell your personal information.

Providers may process information outside Australia. The applicable hosting location and overseas-processing details are being confirmed; contact me before submitting if location is important to you.

When app email sending is enabled, submission details are also sent to my private inbox and a confirmation is sent to you. Email service providers process those messages to deliver them.

Retention and accuracy

I retain information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, or to meet a legal obligation. I do not promise a fixed deletion period while operational retention arrangements are being finalised.

You can ask to correct inaccurate information, withdraw newsletter consent or request deletion. Some records may need to be retained where required by law.

Access, deletion and complaints

Use the contact page to request access, correction or deletion, or to raise a privacy concern. Include enough information for me to identify your submission; I may need to verify your identity.

If you are not satisfied with my response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Site technology and changes

This site uses anonymous, first-party conversion analytics without cookies. We record button and link clicks, form completion, AI Flow Check tier, Impact page visits and campaign tags, using a random ID held only in session storage for the current browser tab. Analytics do not include names, email addresses, messages or quiz answers.

The AI Flow Check and newsletter forms record source information such as website or jodi to understand where a signup started. This policy does not claim that all hosting-level logs or third-party processing have been audited.

This policy will be updated if collection or service arrangements change.
